Working on the Deerfoot Lodge staff can be life-changing for both you and those around you. We are earnestly and prayerfully seeking young men who embrace the mission to be and build godly men in a Christ-centered community through wilderness camping. Though Deerfoot staff receive a salary, successful staff understand service at DL to be more like a missionary calling than a summer job. Only those who are committed to living as godly men in sacrificial, servant-leadership among brothers should apply.
